Gluten-Free Sourdough Breads

We fresh-bake artisan and sandwich-style breads with a unique taste and texture!

We say “unique” because it’s rare to find a delicious sourdough bread that’s also free of gluten. Using our own starter, we handcraft each of our breads in a variety of ways.  You can choose from sliced or uncut loaves, rolls, pizza crusts, rosemary rounds, cinnamon-raisin with icing,
hamburger buns, and more!

We also use our regular gluten-free dough to make chocolate chip cookies, pecan pies, veggie pies, and various holiday pies.

Each of our bread dough mixes, whether sourdough or regular, is
long-fermented for your health.  Our offerings will vary from week
to week.  But you can find us all year round at our tent at the
Waco Downtown Farmers Market in Waco, Texas.
