Fina’s Bio

Besides being an excellent cook and baker, Fina is a Certified Food Coach in the Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) protocol championed by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride.  She uses this expertise to consult with families of children with autism, ADHD, and other neurological disorders caused by environmental and food deficiencies.

She also has a B.S. in General and Business Studies from Dallas Baptist University. She spent four years as an Elementary School teacher for the Dallas Independent School District, as well as eight years as an Education Consultant to businesses fthe Dallas County Community College District.

A champion of regenerative agriculture, she also ran her own farm for 10 years. Always growing to organic standards, she sold her veggies to chefs, restaurants, as well as in farmers markets throughout the Dallas area. Additionally, She has a Certificate in Herbal Studies from Clayton College.
